This policy explains how Pure Strike Golf Inc. (“Pure Strike”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. The Pure Strike app and its subscription pages are separate services, covered by the terms and privacy information presented in the app and at checkout.

• Information you submit. When you complete a form, we collect what you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, city and state, organization details, and your messages and selections.
• Booking information. Assessments are scheduled through Calendly, which processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
• Advertising measurement. If we enable a measurement tool such as the Meta Pixel, it may use cookies to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising. It is not active unless enabled.

Health information

We do not collect health or medical information through this website, and we ask that you not include it in website forms. Clients provide health history through a separate, secure intake process before services begin.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide services, send information you have requested, operate and improve this website, and meet our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, email delivery and scheduling) under appropriate confidentiality; with a host facility where you receive services, as needed to deliver them; with an independent licensed medical provider only at your direction; or where required by law or as part of a business transfer.
