Golf Performance Coaching

Train the body that produces the swing.

A golf swing is a full-body athletic movement. Pure Strike trains it like one — in a fixed order, from an assessment, toward change you can measure.

The body sets the ceiling

Technique can only organize the physical capacity that exists. Pure Strike raises the capacity — so your swing, and your golf coach, have more to work with.

  • Strength
  • Mobility
  • Stability
  • Rotation
  • Power
  • Durability
  • Longevity
  • Body composition
  • Recovery

The Performance Pyramid

Five levels, built from the ground up. You don’t skip levels — but you don’t live at the bottom either.

Training touches every level you’ve earned, with the emphasis on the lowest level that isn’t yet up to standard. Your assessment shows exactly where that is.

  1. Level 5: Transfer

Does it show up on the course?

  2. Level 4: Explode

    Can you express force fast?

  3. Level 3: Load

    Can you produce force?

  4. Level 2: Own

    Can you control the positions?

  5. Level 1: Move

    Can you access the positions?

How coaching progresses

The same five steps for every client, every cycle.
  1. 01

    Assess

Measure how you move, what you control and what you can produce.

  2. 02

    Build

Design the program around your results, schedule, equipment and goals.

  3. 03

    Train

Every session traces back to your assessment and current phase.

  4. 04

    Reassess

Re-test every 8–12 weeks against your baseline.

  5. 05

    Progress

Advance when quality holds. Change the plan when the score doesn’t move.

The principles

  • Assess first. Never guess.

Nothing is programmed before your body is measured.

  • The body sets the ceiling.

Technique can only organize the capacity that exists. We raise the capacity.

  • Move well, then strong, then fast.

Movement quality comes before load. Load comes before speed.

  • Mobility creates the position. Stability owns it.

Range you can’t control is range you can’t use — in the gym or at the top of the backswing.

  • Power comes from the ground.

Clubhead speed is the last event in a chain that starts at your feet.

  • The lead side runs the swing.

Lead-hip loading and lead-leg braking govern the strike, so training is deliberately lead-side biased.

  • Train movements that transfer.

Every exercise has to improve rotation, ground force, sequencing or durability — or it doesn’t make the program.

  • Longevity is performance.

Train for forty more years of golf, not next weekend.

For golfers over 50

Power is the priority, not the exception.

Power and elastic qualities decline faster than strength with age. So we train them — carefully, progressively, with lower-impact variations — instead of abandoning them.

In person or remote

In person

One-on-one in Palm City, Stuart, Jupiter and West Palm Beach: the assessment, training sessions, recovery work and reassessment, hands-on.

Remote and premium

60- and 90-day coaching engagements wherever you train, built from an assessment and programmed around the equipment you actually have.

What we refuse

  • We don’t program before we assess.
  • We don’t train muscles for size. We train movements for transfer.
  • We don’t treat golfers like they need a stretching routine. Golfers are rotational athletes.
  • We don’t add speed to a body that hasn’t earned it.
  • We don’t trade your joints for short-term distance.

Every program starts with an assessment.

Find out what your body is doing to your swing — then train the cause.
