Fix the body.The swing follows.

Golf performance doesn’t start with another swing thought. It starts with a body that can produce the movement, strength, speed and control the swing demands.

In person in Palm City, Stuart, Jupiter and West Palm Beach. Everywhere else, through the app.

Golfers rebuild the swing. Almost no one rebuilds the body producing it.

Clubs, lessons, launch monitors, swing changes — the game treats the swing as a technical problem. But a golf swing is a full-body athletic movement performed in about a second and a half.

When your body can’t reach a position, hold it or produce force through it, the swing compensates. Those compensations look like swing faults, and no amount of practice fixes a physical limitation.

Early extension
Limited hip rotation, pelvic control, glute strength
Sway or slide
Single-leg stability, hip rotation
Loss of posture
Trunk strength, mid-back rotation
Distance loss with age
Power declining faster than strength

Every fault is a hypothesis about the body until the assessment proves otherwise. If your body clears and the fault persists, it belongs to your golf coach — and we’ll tell you so.

Assess. Train. Improve.

One sequence for every Pure Strike client — in person, remote or in the app.
How the method works
  1. Ankle mobility screen performed with the knee driving toward a wall

    Assess

A structured screen of how you move, what you control and what you can produce — summarized in a 0–100 Performance Score and a clear picture of what’s limiting your swing.

  2. Chris Karagitsis loading a rotational medicine-ball throw against a wall

    Train

A program built in a fixed order: move well, then strong, then fast. Training targets the level holding you back without abandoning the rest.

  3. Chris Karagitsis at the top of a golf swing in the training space

    Improve

Reassessment every 8–12 weeks against your baseline. The score must move — or the program changes.

Built for golfers who are athletes — or used to be.

  • Former competitive athletes who feel the gap between what their body once did and what it does now.
  • Committed amateurs who want a system, not a stretching routine.
  • Golfers who refuse to accept distance loss as inevitable.
  • Golfers working around old injuries who want to swing hard without paying for it the next morning.

What unites them isn’t handicap. It’s the willingness to train the cause instead of rehearsing the symptom.

In their words.

“Pure Strike helped me lose nearly 50 pounds without sacrificing strength. The program gave me easy-to-follow workouts focused on strength, mobility, and consistency, which kept me motivated in the gym. I feel more confident in my body, and the added strength and mobility has even helped me gain distance in my golf game.”

William, 27, financial services manager

“Pure Strike has increased my strength and range of motion by more than 20% in just 90 days. I’m amazed at what I can do now compared to where I started. The progress has been incredible.”

Mark, 57, business owner

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on your starting point, consistency, health history and other factors, and no specific result is guaranteed.
